F.E.M.A. FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATION AND L.O.M.A. SURVEYS
Kieft Engineering provides field surveys and consults with our clients in completing Federal Emergency Management Agency (F.E.M.A.) Flood Elevation Certificates and L.O.M.A. Applications for residential and commercial properties. F.E.M.A. released revised flood mapping in September of 2006 identifying additional properties located in flood hazard areas. We provide our clients with necessary services to collect and present detailed information in determining the removal of buildings from these flood hazard areas and providing consultation and guidance through the flood insurance process.
